The Friends of the Mt. Pleasant Library, Inc. is a nonprofit group that works to support programming, outreach, and experiences at the Mt. Pleasant Public Library Branch in Cabarrus County, NC.
Ticket price of $40 (plus tax and fee) includes a hardcover copy of All This Could Be Yours, a meet and greet with "master of suspense" Hank Phillippi Ryan, and an author talk with hors d'oeuvres and light refreshment at 73 & Main.
Event will be held upstairs in The Finishing Room. Stairs and elevator are available.
Note: This event is presented by The Friends of the Mt. Pleasant Library and is also a fundraiser for the Mt. Pleasant Literary Festival, coming March 19-21, 2026. Any additional donation is greatly appreciated and will go directly to funding the MPLITFEST in order to keep it free and open to all.

From Jeffrey Blount to Kristy Woodson Harvey, the MP Friends have brought enriching experiences to our community. This fall, we helped support New York Times Bestseller author William Kent Krueger’s visit to Cabarrus County on October 3, 2024.
Our annual community play brings our community together every February, and we host a used book sale every year. Look for us in parades and at local festivals!
