ANNUAL PLAY 2/28!
See your favorite local “celebrities” in “Budgets, Burgers, and Boiling Points,” an original play written and produced by the Friends of the Mt. Pleasant Library. What issues will be discussed at the town council meeting by a cast of quirky representatives? Water woes, road construction, and burger wars are all fair game in this lighthearted look at small-town life!
All proceeds go to support the Mt. Pleasant Library.
Your $10 ticket includes an all-you-can-eat dessert buffet during intermission!
Desserts: Can you help?
We need tasty treats for the dessert buffet—homemade or store-bought are both appreciated! We need small items like cookies, brownies, and cupcakes (no fork needed). Note that serving dishes will not be returned, so please use disposable or inexpensive containers.
Sign up to drop off desserts on Friday, February 27th from 10am-6pm or on Saturday, February 28th from 10am-3pm. Thank you!
Raffle Table!
Be sure to stop by the Mt. Pleasant Library to see all the amazing items on this year’s raffle table—you will WANT TO TRY YOUR LUCK on these awesome prizes. Raffle tickets are just $1 an entry, with all proceeds going to support the Mt. Pleasant Library. Stop by from 10am-12pm and 4pm-6pm starting January 29th-February 27th to purchase raffle tickets from a Friends volunteer!
